i'm switching stuff from another computer....but depending on the state Andy, i'm not sure it matters cuz the main point with radar is that they did NOT get you for speeding, they pinned a specific speed, in this case, the officer/sheriff whatever said you were going EXACTLY 85 in a 55. not "speeding" and you NEVER EVER go in court testifying against yourself or taking the stand. don't even say "there is no way i was going that fast, maybe 60" cuz they can and they WILL change it right then and there. but anyway you just have to basikly ask for info and logs(proof) of calibration of the gun, forks, AND calibrating unit used to calibrate the forks IN the gun. so it can be confusing, but i found it to be quite simple, and by the way DEFINATELY if you must do anything to have the ticket-issuing officer in court, do it, in my state they plan on going. But in some states, you must request it. get it? i'll see if i can't get the info on your certain tickets sent to ya. then you can decide if you want to go through with it or not. it's very good info, got me out of one radar ticket for my bike, and is gonna get me out of another radar this dec. 27. so it's proven. ;) i'll try to send the main sections to you guys. later. by the end of the day you'll get it. see ya. oh yeah, put on here which states you are from. Andy from WI i take it? what about you bard?
